the quality is beautiful and the pen is very elegant, however beauty is nothing if it doesn't work at all. I bought this pen as a replacement for my old one that went missing
it said it's compatible with Artist 12 2nd generation so I bought it but it's not working at all, I've deleted and re installed the driver multiple times but no matter what I do it's not working at all and I'm seriously on the verge of tears

Everything works perfectly for everyone to remember their settings for pressing the aluminum case more than in the set and the logo on the box of the 2nd generation in the box
